IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT-UPDATED 1/10/2008

The deadline for filing a Claim Form or an Exclusion Request has been extended.

To be considered timely, Claim Forms or Exclusion Requests must be post marked on or before February 19, 2008. The original deadline to file a claim or request exclusion was December 21, 2007. Claim Forms or Exclusion Requests postmarked on or before February 19, 2008 will be considered timely.

If you were billed for water and sewer use by Viterra Energy Services or Aquameter, Inc. between 1995 and 2002, you may be a member of this class action and be entitled to participate in the settlement.

Stay in the Settlement Class If you want to participate in the class action settlement, you should complete the claim form attached to the mailed notice, or you may call 1-877-625-9420 to request a claim form from the Claims Administrator. Postmarked by February 19, 2008
Exclude Yourself from the Settlement If you want to exclude yourself from the class action settlement, send your written request to the Claims Administrator. Postmarked by February 19, 2008
Stay in the Settlement Class But Object to Settlement If you stay in the Settlement Class, you can send the Court a written statement objecting to the settlement or to any particular terms of the settlement. You can also ask to speak in Court about your objection. Filed with the Court by February 19, 2008
